Chief Executive Officer
Rustin Nadjmabadi is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fluoriq. He is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience building and scaling early-stage ventures in highly regulated, compliance-driven environments, spanning technology-enabled platforms in the legal sector and the health and wellness industry, with a focus on cannabinoid-based therapeutic approaches.
David A. Colby, Pharm. D., Ph.D.
Chief Scientific Officer
David A. Colby is co-founder and Chief Science Officer of Fluoriq. He is a scientist-entrepreneur working at the intersection of chemistry and medicine, holding a Ph.D. in organic chemistry and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. His research focuses on fluorine-containing organic molecules for applications across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and chemical industries.
Kirk L. Kinard, D.O.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Kinard holds dual Board Certification in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. Based in Oxford, Mississippi, Dr. Kinard has practiced pain management since 2008, focusing on treatments that reduce the risk of chemical dependency and addiction. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Southern Pain Society, is an active member of several national and state medical associations, and currently sits on the Mississippi State Board of Medical Licensure.
Jenny Wilkerson, Ph.D
Science Advisory Board
Dr. Jenny Wilkerson is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacology. Dr. Wilkerson received her Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences, and she completed her postdoctoral fellowship in pharmacology and toxicology where she was awarded the highly competitive Ruth L. Kirschstein F32 Individual National Research Service Award.
Nikolaos Tsirikos-Karapanos PharmD, MD, PhD, FETCS.
Science Advisory Board
Dr. Nikolaos Tsirikos-Karapanos is a Triple Board-Certified Pharmacist, Medical Doctor, and Cardiovascular Surgeon. He was born and studied in Athens, Greece, before moving to Rochester, Minnesota, USA, where he worked for five years at Mayo Clinic.
